If you're buying a home I will never try to sell you a home, I won't rush you either, but I will put a hand up if I notice any red flags. I have a fiduciary duty to you, like a lawyer, I look out for your best interests at all times. Once you do find the right house, I'll do the research and we'll develop an offer strategy that gets you the home with the best possible contract terms. Once you go under contract I coordinate all the moving pieces to help ensure an on-time and on-budget closing! 

 

If you're selling your home, I'll work closely with you on the marketing and pricing strategy, helping you get your home ready to sell, and keeping you up to date with any important updates.
